The event will take place on October 21, 2023, at the Etihad Arena in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates and will feature a headline bout between Islam Makhachev and Alexander Volkanovski fighting for the Lightweight Championship Title.

It will also feature a co-main bout, which will see Kamaru Usman and Khamzat Chimaev compete in a Middleweight bout, as well as many other epic bouts across the night's cards. 

The canvas will be hand-cut and placed securely within the dial and case back area of the watch for exhibition. The watch features a Japanese quartz movement and moulded silicone with steel octagon shaped hardware highlighting "UFC 294".
